Life after Sixth Form
We offer a wide range of 28 courses and six complementary enrichment courses which enables students to tailor their personal academic programme to their skills, interests and future aspirations.
Sport plays an important role in the life of Sixth Form students. Our outstanding facilities ensure students have access to a broad range of sporting activities as well as an extensive fixture list and specialist coaching. Alongside traditional sports like rugby, hockey, netball, cricket, tennis and athletics, the School also offers a diverse array of options including archery, badminton, equestrian sports and swimming. Whether students are looking to pursue a sport they are passionate about or keen to explore new activities, the Sports Department is equipped to accommodate a wide range of interests.
We are rightly proud of the outstanding pastoral care provided by our Sixth Form and wider School Wellbeing team. Our staff have high levels of expertise in supporting our students through these incredibly important years.
Through our in-house expertise, excellent links with post-18 providers, and wider links through the Old Pocklingtonian Association, our students are thoroughly supported and guided in their research and preparation for life after Sixth Form.
